Administrator Vacancy

Duties and description of Role:

  • First point of contact. Welcome visiting clients, telephone, letters and emails. Resolve or escalate as appropriate.
  • Maintain clients’ data base on our systems
  • Manage client registration process from initial contact to completion.
  • Assist other staff by requesting client information, compiling reports and other sundry administration.
  • General jobs around the office.

Skills and Qualities:

  • GCSE Maths and English A*- C or equivalent.
  • Disciplined work ethic.
  • IT literate, with emphasis on email, Word and Excel.
  • Good telephone manner and strong writing skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Background accountancy knowledge useful.
